- female protagonist — The protagonist is female for the most part of the game
- female pubic hair — A character has female pubic hair.
- Female Rapist — Forced or non-consensual sex by a female, usually towards a male
- females only — Only female characters appear.
- Femboy — Sexual content/relationship with a character who is male with a feminine appearance and/or clothes, the character must not have prominent breasts
- femdom — A woman dominates a partner during sex.
- Feminization — The protagonist or one of the heroes in this story starts as a male but has his lifestyle modified into that of a trap/crossdresser by his own choice or by sexual training, either consensual or not. The key point of this tag is not about appearance but it is about taking on tasks, behaviours and roles that are overtly feminine, and adopt female mannerisms and postures. All of that usually ends.
