Official description

This VN contains portrayal of war crimes. War crime is "an action carried out during the conduct of a war that violates accepted international rules of war." Usually manifested in popular culture with soldiers committing crimes against civilians and enemy soldiers who have surrendered. Considered legally distinct from ordinary acts of crime (murder, rape, ect.) in most courts of law. Can apply.
