- Macrophilia — Visual novels with this tag include scenes of a macrophilic nature. This is often sexual, but sometimes not. Macrophilia refers to a fascination with or a sexual fantasy involving giants. The giants in question might have originally been of that size, or they may have been normal-sized people that have suddenly gained a lot of height.
